The Chinese in UTM

How many will prefer to study at public university instead of private university for their first choice? How much difference between both universities? I can't give the answer for this ... this is because everyone have own point of view and opinion. But what I can say is chinese in public university still got their freedom to organise activity.

                                                  




 
Even I can say also if you are lucky, the people of other races that you met can be your best friend too.
